control pressure valve on fuel injection
After a trouble free year of ownership of a '92 230TE I have been hit by the auto-electrics bug. Worst problem is cold start - the engine just doesn't catch. New battery, HT leads and plugs haven't cured it. I've been told that the fuel richness device that puts extra gas in at the start to ensure firing, isn't working. Any ideas on how to fix without spending a small fortune on a new Bosch part?
Also, how is the rear number plate fixed? I've just discovered that mine is stuck on with three strips of double sided sticky foam and there are four half inch diameter holes underneath where I guess the bolt holes used to be.
