low coolant light.
The low coolant light on my '89 300E have come on. It's not fully lit up like it does when you star the car, rather it's very dim. I checked the coolant level and it was a little low I added some more coolant but the light still comes on. There is no hint of overheating, it alway operates under 90 degrees. Everything else seems to be fine. This is still a relatively new car ,to me so I'm not aware on anything that seems out of order.

You need to replace your sensor. I had the same problem on my 92 300E. The light was on but it was very dim and sometimes it would even turn off completely. At first I cleaned the sensor but that did not help. Then I replaced the sensor and the problem went away.
