Euro E500 Headlights

Do they still make them? Ordered Euro E500 headlights, picked them up yesterday, but to my dismay, they aren't E500 headlights, they are Euro's though. Should I be happy with what I got?

Need to know ASAP before I do a ghetto housing chrome job.

Look for BMW Dräparen's 500E on the picture thread. I believe the difference for 500E's are the chrome reflector where the standard w124 fog light's are located. This makes it a driving light while the lights under the bumper are fogs. I've seen US DOT headlights with the chrome reflector on the 500E's.

The regular Euros have no chrome reflectors. The reason is the inner lights are fog lights. The 500E lights have the fog lights in the bumper below, and the place of the regular fogl ight is taken by the hi-beam of the main lights.

What do you mean by regular E500 lights?? USPEC or Euro??

There's an E500 down the street from me I see driving around that has the all Chrome headlights I believe, I think it's stock...

How do I get the one with chrome reflectors?

Yes, the 500E / E500 Hella "E-Codes" are still made, or at least sold.

The Hella part numbers are as follows:

1EJ 004 440 381 (Right)
1EJ 004 440 371 (Left)

If you contact Paul at PUMA , he can sell these to you. The PUMA part numbers are as follows:

210-54381 (Right)
210-54371 (Left)

They are about $250.00 each.

Enzo, my Benzo
Cannoli, Hakk403 is a friend of mine so I am just trying to aid in the clarification of the part numbers needed for his headlights.

The Part Numbers you stated for the Hella E-Code 500E500 headlights should differ between 500E and E500, not being interchangable since they are a different shape for '94 on. Now for the Left and right parts you quoted are they for the 94> model, or for your 92 model (which is shaped square like my 300E lights)

Please clarify, as the help would be greatly appreciated from both of us.. (I can stop getting all these MSN messages from Hakk LOL)

Pifcat2: That is NOT what he wants/needs, since he has a 1994 E320, not a prefacelifted car.

I'm sorry ... I posted the part numbers for the 1992 to 1993 500E, NOT the 1994 E500. Either case, contact Paul at P.U.M.A. See above for Paul's contact info.

My appologies.
