FS: MB C36 AMG swap with 5spd manual or 4spd auto - North Hollywood, CA 91605
option 1: C36 swap + 717.430 manual transmission: $3000
option 2: C36 swap + 722.328 auto : $2000
C36 engine only : $1400
auto box only : $800
I will not sell the manual setup separately. This setup has many applications and if it does not sell, i will use it in a different project down the line.
Engine: january 1995 C36 AMG engine, long block, top end rebuilt about 6 months ago. Roughly 2 months after rebuild, car was rear-ended. Replaced headgasket, all seals around engine, new water pump, new alternator, new p/s pump, new fan clutch. C36 crossover intake tube is in perfect shape with all mounting tabs intact. Engine comes complete with harness and all related parts from airbox down to ECU and other computers.
Auto transmission: completely rebuilt unit, clutch packs replaced, like new
Manual transmission: 717.430 long shaft from a 1986 mercedes 300E. Car was rolled over near san flancisco with just under 70k miles on it. I got the whole car at auction. Transmission swap assembly comes complete with single-mass flywheel for i6 engines, cluch assembly, pedals, driveshaft, shifter, rods and all the related parts, tubes and hoses to make it complete.
Everything is ready to picked up in North Hollywood, CA 91605. I can assist with loading. I am not able to ship unless you arrange beforehand with a freight company.
