My cooling fan is going near constant which is very annoying and probably not too good. It's going like it's revving up, stopping for maybe a second and off again. It does it from the time the ignition is on. Someone has suggesed it might be the switch but I have no idea where that switch is located....any ideas on location or problem?

The switch is on the right side of the cylinder head towards the back. It has a 2-pin plug connection with blue tape on the cable.
