A/C Refrigerant Temperature Sensor RED

If I replace this sensor (see photo), will the w134A coolant leak out? Any advice or guidance would be appreciated. The car is a w124 (95 e320).

I did some more research and the answer to this question is yes. The switch is under pressure.

Anyone have instructions on how I should go about replacing this? I suspect that I have to "drain" the ac system prior to removing the sensor. Any guidance or instructions would be appreciated.
