Hi, thank you so much for reading. I have a 300e24. I changed the cylinder head gasket, after changing it, I did not use it, it was only stored in the garage, I want to put it into operation now, i dont start it for four months, and I could not. Has a very rich fuel mixture, if the accelerator improves, but when I leave it at idle it starts to drop black smoke again, until it goes out. I do not touch any fuel regulator when removing the cylinder head. The spark plugs are six black, a lot of fuel, it's not an injector problem. what will happen?

As you said all six spark plugs are black - it is sign of the engine being deprived of air. First place to check would be the air filter, air ducts, and the exhaust pipes, to ensure that they are not blocked or choked. Other possibilities would be the MAF sensor or wires disconnected or disturbed during the gasket replacement. A toasted temperature sensor may also feed the ECU with inaccurate data, leading to richer fuel injection, but not to the state of stalling.
