What Oil to use?
Ok, I know this has been discussed 1000 times but there are soo many different suggestions every year. I just bought my first w124 and its in really nice condition so I want keep it that way.
Also I wasn't sure if oil for all m119 engines is the same or not, but I couldn't find specific suggestions for my 95' e420 (55k miles).
I hear Mobil 1 is not what it used to be and some say red line is great. I am in FL and almost never have temperatures under 40f in very cold winters. Summers do get hot easily around 100. I drive mostly city driving when I drive the car.
Should I go for 20w50 or will I be fine with 15w50, or even 15w40?
I was thinking 15w50 red line since it such a good oil?
