1991 300TE 4MATIC

farewell for now

to morrow i take delivery of a 2000 BMW 528iTA. I traded in my mint condition 1991 300TE 4matic. I tried selling the car for about a year but no takers. The 124 was a great car but i must move on. The new 210 and 211 had a lot problems so i went over to the dark side. The beemer has the sport package and was a blast to drive. This has been a great board you guys are very helpful and you made my benz ownership enjoyable.

How much were you sellin the TE for?

Did you get any real offers for the car?

How much did the dealer give you for the 300te?

What was the mileage and condition of the TE??

the car was in excellent condition althought the 4matic light went on when i was in the process of selling it. i wanted 9 k initially went down to 7.5k no takers . it had 95k miles the dealer gave me 6 k for it so i took it. the benz dealer was giving me less because of the 4matic light so i went for the bimmer instead..
