Electrical problem with window switches and dash lights.

Ok for the last year. I have been trying to figure out this problem I am having. The lights will randomly come on whenever they want and the only way to get them off is to turn the headlight switch on and off 1 or many times it depends on how it feels. I replaced the headlight switch to see if that was it but no dice. Right now I have my cluster out and I saw this relay, that square plug will turn the lights off if I unplug it, is it possible that that would need replacing. It looks kinda hard to remove it. Attached some pics of the relay and the lights that I am talking about.
