Converting Power Antenna to New Aftermarket Radio?

Yeah so my Power antenna and radio was working just fine with old radio.

I upgraded my radio. I got everything working just fine.
Only issue is we cannot get any wire from harness to power the antenna.

The antenna signal works.

I had 92 Mercedes Becker Grand Prix Radio
dying display and crappy sounding door speakers.

Radio sounds good with my New Sony MEXXB100BT W built in Amp.
Bluetooth Audio/ calling all hooked up.
Changed door speakers.
Sounds decent, I just need Subwoofer next.

Is there an adapter or some kind of advice you can give me?
I'd like to keep it the way it is stock and not remove the power antenna and put aftermarket
