wheel position problem

wheel position problem
i have a '91 e300 slammed with h&r springs and bilstein shocks. its riding on 17's and tire size is 215/50/17 soon to be 215/45/17. the front left tire position from front wheel well to the rear wheel well is fine... the position is equal. the front passenger side wheel is really positioned further back than the front of the wheel well.
some people have suggested that i just need a wheel allignment... i've had 4 allignments and done to my car and the wheel is still positioned far back. some people say it might be a bent control arm.
anyone have this problem or have any suggestions for me?? CAUSE THIS IS PISSING ME OFF.. thanks!
p.s. does anyone know where i can get a grille assembly for cheap?

Are you saying that your wheel base measurement is different between driver and passenger side??? Weird, sounds like bent something.
