I believe it is before the catalyst under the car. All you need is a metric open-end wrench to unscrew it. Hopefully it is not seized in there.
The cable has to be routed up thru the floor, and to the connection under the passenger's seat.

I've been trying to seperate the sensor leads in the connector and I haven't been able to do it. The lead rotates in the connector but I can't get it apart with my fingers. Is it just a snap-in connector that I can use a pair of pliers to seperate?
