1990 Mercedes 300 CE
1990 300 CE Wiring Harness
Hi,

I have an otherwise well running 1990 300 CE with 141,000 miles. The wiring harness is flaking and causing the electronic components to misfire.

New parts aren't available and the salvage parts have the same problem: Mercedes designed the insulation around the wires to be biodegradable.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Are there suppliers that rebuild wiring harnesses?
