Can't be done easily.
You can un-plug a speed sensor from a front wheel but you will lose ABS as well.
Its OK, ABS isn't 'required' or really necessary (IMO). I actually prefer my cars without them but these days its not an option.

Trick ASR
I just had an idea, if I were to provide a constant voltage to the wire that sends the throttle position location signal to the ASR computer, the car won't know its accelerating, this might be enough to fool the ASR while still keeping the ABS fully functional.
