Hi, I have a 1989 300 TE that would not start or turn over a couple of weeks ago. She has new plugs, rotor, distributor cap, fuel filter and overload protection relay all done 6 months or so ago. It has been in the shop for the past 2 weeks which they said it was not getting gas so they put in a new fuel pump relay and 1 new fuel pump. It now turns over but shuts down after 3 seconds. They now want to try a fuel distributor that I got off of ebay, it has not yet arrived. Does this seem like the right approach and are there any other suggestions anyone would have?
