E60 AMG W124 interior question

Does anyone know what the insert material was called on the W124 E60 AMG?

Judging by the stitch styled used in your car, I'd say that's German leather. They also used Vinyl in this period but the stitching is style is vertical instead of Horizontal like yours.

I do interiors for a living. I know it’s leather.....what I’m looking for is what Mercedes specifically called the abstract material used in all the inserts.

Ok, maybe you should have been more specific in your question then. I was just trying to help you out. And How am I supposed to know you are a professional upholsterer?

Many Mercedes, Mini Coopers, Mokes
Limited Trim

The leather style is unique to E500 Limited models, not sure if it had a name. I have seen the leather available to redo existing cars, but it was a while ago. Quite sure the pattern is just sprayed on so it wears off.
