My 93 W124 2.5TD recently stared to decelerate slowly, in neutral if I accelerate and the remove my foot from the pedal it takes a while to return to idle speed. It also happens when driving and makes gear changes difficult.
I recently replaced the OVP relay and rebuilt the turbo, but I'm rather stuck as to were to star with this problem.
