W124 Hot Start/Running Issues
Since this seems to be electrical (assuming), but I have no CLE or codes showing in the vehicle, what parts should I be troubleshooting that could cause this issue?
Currently I have verified all fuses are good (checked with ohmmeter), battery has sufficient charge (13.1 V), and the fuse has been checked on the OVP.
The vehicle has 212k on it, received a new transmission at 206k and a new water pump and oil change at 210k.

Thanks for the reply Trevor. I tore into the engine 2 weekends ago and found the problem. The alterator pulley looked like it had been hit by a rock, which bent the "fan" mounted on the alternator shaft (picture attached).
This appeared to have caused a power surge that caused the OVP to become damaged. A new alterator, belt and OVP and it is running like new again. Thanks for the help!
