1994 E320 slightly floating idle problem

Hi guys, my car used to hesitate and misfire while accelerating. I recently changed original coils, wires, boots and spark plugs with Bosch ones and this fixed the issue.
However, now I notice that there is slight vibration, misfire and rpm floats slightly around normal 600rpms.
Would appreciate any direction where to look next, hope someone has dealt with this before.

P.S. Wiring harness was replaced with the Delphi one in 2004.

Then it's your ETA - eco wiring too, inside and in the cable and the connector too.
All part of the Master Plan of eco-crap years 92-95.
As well as your lower harness - check the condition of wiring down under and the connectors (oil sensor, as an example)

thinking about having Blue Ridge MB guys have a look at it and hopefully will be relatively inexpensive.
