I need to access and remove the alternator. The ONE piece shroud is obstructed by the radiator fan blades. The fan has a flat bar -2 inches long, 1/4 inch wide across the middle of the front. If I need to remove the fan blade, where are the bolts located. I see Allen key bolt heads circumferentially. Are these the retaining bolts. Or is the appropriate bolt in the centre, under the small flat plate just described? If so, how do I remove the plate?
