I owned a W124 E220 Masterpiece Malaysia
When i flip the signal indicator to the left, the dashboard green arrow indicator blink and the outside signal light blink as expected
However when I the signal indicator the Right, the dashboard didn't light up but the external signal link blinked as expected

Q1. What is the probable cause?
Q2. How do I repair this
Q3. If there is a need to change any parts, please advise part no

If you turn on the Hazard Light, do both (left and right) dashboard indicator lights blink as usual?

Anyway, it could be just a blown light bulb.
If so, you need socket lamp (#44) as in here:-

Examples of how to remove the instrument cluster:-
(At 3:55, you will see the left and right indicator lights on each side of the central speedometer.)

Please let me know of your Led Turn Signals would fit the Connector which hold the OEM Sylvania 3457A Bulbs?
