Air Intake Options

Greetings all,
I'm swapping parts from my blown engine to the donor and came across differences between the two that leads me to believe they are not form the same model year.
Differences:
Donor car
Tensioner is not the spring loaded but rather the screw style
Intake manifold has an additional inlet to a small box molded to the underside of the intake manifold. (See pic).
Pully alignment seems different, thus may need a different belt?

The air intake hose is damaged so if I can just use the one off my blown engine (no inlet) that would save a few buck.

You said pulley alignment, which would necessitate shimming the pulley(s) so that they all were on the same plane vertically. That shouldn't require a new belt, unless the pulleys themselves are different sizes or are attached to the engine in different locations. Since you said you have different tensioners, I could see that being an issue. If you have the option, I would definitely go with the spring loaded tensioner over the bolt style. They tend to be more forgiving about minor belt irregularities and belt stretch as well as avoiding the issue of over tightening the bolt style tensioner and putting too much side load on other pulley bearings. Back in the 60's, 70's and some 80's vehicles, before tensioners were widely used, you tightened the belts with the accessories themselves. It was a delicate balance between keeping the belt from slipping and too much tension. Even more so, since you had to readjust them after the belts stretched out. That made it really easy to fry the bearings, especially on the alternator.
