300E need info on electric cooling fan retrofit

300E need info on electric cooling fan retrofit
So researching electric fan setup, may install next spring for our hot climate here.
What I need to know is what fan shrouds out there will work on 1992 300E with the M103 engine, plan on single or double fan, will ditch the fan clutch, install relay, sensor ( automatic function) and wiring, would also like a switch on the dash for turning fans on at will.
Anyone who has done this conversion please chime in!
