C124 Differential Fluid

Hello everyone, I'm wondering which fluid should I use for especially LSD Differential on my 320ce? as far as I'm concerned fluids for LSD and non LSD differentials should be different. Also, should I use Hydraulic fluid in LSD/SLS reservoir itself in the engine bay? If so, which one do you recommend? I've posted the picture below of the reservoir, but keep in mind that mine has 2 connectors on that reservoir, one for LSD and one for SLS.

Hopefully that is not your car but if it is, why is the main hose from the thermostat cover to the radiator kinked like that? That would restrict the flow eventually.

Unfortunately I do not know the answers to your questions.

Edited: Upon further review, the photo is a stock Pelican Parts photo, so please ignore the comment

Cheers!
