Howdy nooobe !
Its easy to do....best way is too remove the whole assembly from the car (4 -8mm screws, first remove the turnsignals and the lower trim panel)and then bring it inside where its warm....carefully unclip the tabs that hold on the lenses...2 on top and 2 on bottom if I remember. If you break any of the tabs...you will be f@#$ed so be VERY careful. Be sure the seal is correctly fitted when you put back together. Should be pretty much the same procedure for either USA or Euro lites.
