Stabalizer bar 1995 e320
Hi. I need to replace the front stabalizer bar on my 1995 E320 base sedan. I can’t locate a factory one. I tried ordering one (P/N 124 323 55 66) that was shown in stock but my order was cancelled because it is back ordered. Does anyone know if I can use a sportline one or any other bar. I’d prefer new if possible.

I had a sportline 1995 e320 and the ride was nice and firm, less body roll. I would recommend it. You just need to also replace the bushings with sportline bushings but you will replace them anyway. Mercedes only sells sportline roll bars for the W201 190E's. I suspect the same maybe be true for W124. I would recommend the sportline bar.
I assume there are also aftermarket ones if you want to go that way.

See if your local dealer can source them from Germany. Most of my W201 sprortline suspension parts (springs, roll bars etc,) were available in germany a few years back.
Your last resort is H&R if you are going to also lower the car.
