Question Temperature sensor

Does somebody know the part number of the temperature sensor (the one that activate the electric fan) for the 1989 300E?

Question

Thanks, but the sensor on my car has two conexion poles, and that in the store show three conexions. The sensor in your car has two or three conexions?

Temperature Sensor

Rick I believe the sensor your searching for provides the ground for the temperature guage and also activates the auxiliary fan. Check this part # and let me know.............0055422617. Not completely for sure.

Wink Temperature sensor

Thanks so much, I found the temperature sensor in my car is a two pole blue color locate next to cylinder #3 on top of the head, and is not the three pole green color. Somebody explained me that green three pole stop on 1988, after that is the blue two pole part #A008 542 45 17
