I have a newly acquired 1994 a124 E320 cabriolet that needs a little refresh. My front bumper has a corner that has been broken off and some of the body shops local to me are saying they cannot fix or plastic weld the missing piece. They wanted me to try to acquire a new front bumper. I was looking to purchase a front bumper as the option suggested to me, but I wanted to ask if they could re use the impact strip that runs all the way across the front bumper? Also can they re use the license plate mount? Or do I have to now purchase those separate as well?
Any info or guidance would help... attaching some pics as well of the whole front end, the damaged area, and just a new bumper by itself.
