OK, Goin from memory so I hope I get this right...

1. In the door Jam, remove chrome triangular piece with 3 screws.

2. Again in the door jam, remove black plastic square thing around lock catch. (one screw I think)

3. Remove black plastic door handle surround and undo 10mm bolt holding handle in place. (bit fiddly)

4. Remove handle itself (Slides towards front of car and then out can be a pain)

5. Disconnect cable from handle.

6. Remove triangular section around wing mirror adjuster inside car (it just pulls off, once you remove plastic sleave off adjuster handle - assuming drivers side).

7. Door card should now be free(assuming I haven't forgotten anything). It lifts vertically but will be stiff due to clips along the window edge with a friction fit. Keep pulling up and wiggling from side to side and with patience it will lift up. Do not use too much force or you will break clips.

PS. Take your time so as not to break anything - once you have done it a few times it will take you less than 10 minutes.... first time expect up to an hour.
