1993 W124 E280
Hi, I have recently acquired a 1993 W124 E280 M104.942 that has been sitting since 2015. I am looking for some help as it turns over but won't start. I first checked to see if the fuel pumps had power by putting a direct 12v power source to them, and nothing. (Upon inspection, it appears one of the fuel pumps has been bypassed) I drained all the old fuel out, replaced one fuel pump and the fuel filter and tried turning it over with the same results. There is a click noise that happens once the key is turned on. I had looked up the green fuel pump relay might be causing issues (001 542 9619) I bridged the 30 and 87 pins and the fuel pump started making noise but I tired turning it over once more and still nothing. What would be the next thing for me to try? 🙂
