Wheels for C124 E200
Currently I have the standard 15 hole r15 wheels, but was looking for something new. Would 7.5xr17 or 8.25xr17 on the back and 7.5xr17 on the front be too much for the 2.0L petrol engine? Of course I would also have to consider the fitment. Also what about 8xr16? Currently the car is not being use for daily driving.

I do not know the answer to your question since my 95 sportline is long gone but rims that are slightly larger in diameter should fit and look better. I would not go over 17 inch, 16" maybe the best of both worlds. I would also advocate for a non-staggered set-up.
