Have chance to purchase mb with 3.2 litre Motor, is this motor reliable, car has 65k on it.

If maintained according to the book, this engine is troublefree and should last well after you get tired of the car.
I know of a cab driver who has one with 650,000K+ on it and never had any major work done.
Weak points: Possible head gasket leak and fried wiring harness.

Correct. Head gasket on mine blew at 125,000 and crudy wiring harness done at same time.
