1995 300D turbo

I have been looking into buying a 1995 300D. the only problem is that these didnt come in turbo's.
Questions:
1. Did they come in turbo and am I blind?
2. Are there any kits for this project?
3. How hard would it be to do this?
4. What brand products(like the trubo should I use)?

Thanks in advance, I look foreward to some replies.

Also, a turbo that its a little oversized is not a problem
