Tire and wheel help

I currently have 17"x7.5" wheels off 2000 E430 sport and running 235/45 Pilot Sports all around. I'm getting a set of Amg 17x7.5 front and 17x8.5 rears. I have a little rubbing up front now and wondering if I should put those on the rear and put something a little smaller up front or keep those on the front and put 245/40 on the rear. Or if I'm off base, let me know what you think would be the best set up. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on the offset on the AMG's.

If they are close to the originals ET34 offset then 235/45 or 245/45 all around should be ok.

Just found out the offset on the 8.5" rears is 30. Can anyone tell me if I will have any problems putting 245/40 on the rears? I have 235/45 on 7.5" now.

Thanks in advance.
