I have a 88 300CE that is running rich. I changed the plugs, cap and rotor and wires and still running rich. It idles rough and blows a cloud under hard acceleration.

I sprayed carb cleaner over the injectors, hoses, etc and did not find any leaks.

Any ideas?

Does your car have a O2 sensor? If so that would be your problem.
