Where to buy Painted OEM Valence?
like the title says, ive heard that having my stock lowers painted will chip rather easily after a year, so i guess my best bet is to try and find someone with the stock ones already painted, or some place that sells them, i love the clean look of everything being body colored like the e430 sports come. can anyone point me in the right direction?

I don't believe there are any OEM painted valances and why bother, for the cost of the new valances (if they are available) you could get some nice aftermarket bodykit upgrades. Anyway, if your original ones are primed, painted and treated correctly, you won't have any more chipping than any other painted valance, I've had mine painted for over a year (before the body kit) without any problems and yes, it is a great enhancement for the price paid.
