Exclamation Radiator Relief Valve

After I had the radiator flushed, I noticed the reservoir is empty when the car is cold and the radiator relief vale is leaking. What is the issue here? I am taking it back to the mechanic today.

Exclamation

Took it back this morning. Just got back. He added more antifreez "MB" and checked the pressure. All is fine now. No issue. It is possible that air was trapped pushing the relief valve causing the a little leak. But IT APPEARS to be fine now.
