Good price for 2002 E320?

Based on my calculation, you get a little bit more than 5K off from MSRP. I got 3.5K off when I bought mine in 2000. It was a very good deal back then (year 2000, economy was hot!!!)
In addition to the discount, the dealer can offer you a good interest rate. So, it's a win-win scenario for you. If you buy the new W211, you'll pay at least at the MSRP, may be there's a markup price and the waiting list is longgggggggggggggg.

are you serious ? Base (MSRP) is 48.5K + Sunroof (1500) + CD (500) + Metallic paint (700) + destination charge (500).
Total is 51.7K.
If you can get for 40K that means almost 12K off from MSRP ???
Can u get one for me? Where is that dealer??????

Invoice 45,700
MSRP 49,100
Salesman was advised by my friend that he would only go $45,000 "out the door" which means tax, tag, title. (Edmunds TMV is 45,300) The deal was done. The car has 6 CD changer, Bose, Moonroof, no 4 matic, metallic paint. We live in Florida, so no need for heated seats; etc. This is a large volume dealer in Florida, but I am sure there are dealers in Cali who are willing to sell for the TMV.
