Car won't start
Well something has gone seriously wrong with my car. The car simply won't start anymore. I'm 100% sure it is not the battery too. I'm guessing maybe the starter went out. When I try to turn the car on, nothing happens, all the gauges light up but nothing from the engine. Anyone run into a problem like this before?

Systematic approach...
...but a little difficult w/o more info. What prompts you to discard the
possibility that it's the battery? Lights can function and the non-start can
still be a causal effect of battery. What tests etc have you performed thus
far, eg voltage reading, hydrometer, cleaned terminals, swap out battery or
jump start, freshly charged, etc? What indications (if declining health) did
you note prior to the non-start?

Thanks for the response bro,
Well I swapped out the battery with my friends battery who also drives an 98 E320. Same problem again, everything would function except for the car starting. Headlights turn on, radio turns on, etc. It seems like the car is locking the igination. My other car has that feature with its alarm system The only problem I noticed before was that the red/green keyless entry lights would blink everyime I would unlock/lock the car but I believe that was because my keyless remote battery was getting a bit low.
