Absolutely. feel free to make mistakes.

There is a great Japanese proverb that I always remember:

Shippai wa seiko no moto.

(Failure is the basis of success).

Another good one was said by the founder of Honda, Soichiro Honda. He had a real Mark Twain, folksy kind of way of talking:

Yatte minai to wakaran ja nai ka?

(You'll never know unless you try).

Another thing to consider. The M119 engine in the e420 is probably one of the most successful race engines made.

1997 E420
My 2 cents

I of course prefer newer technology over old one. But I must admit I really love my 97 E420 with 92K miles. Highly smooth, and has been receiving highly favorable comments from friends and relatives for its looks and performance. Good luck.
