Help on Idling
Hi,
I have a 1996 E230 W210. It has that 4 cylinder 2.3 liter engine that I think came from a late C230.
My problem is that when the A/C is turned off, the idling of the engine is at a high 1500 rpm. But if the A/C is turned on, the idling is in the correct 700-800 rpm range. This is when the car is either cold or at normal temp of about 90-95.
Is there some sort of sensor or whatever that controls the idling?
