20 inch rims
did anyone put on 20's on their 210? i was not able to find a thread. I was thinking of putting 20's with 225/35 tire width height on stock e320 shocks and springs. I had 18's with 235/40 front and 255/40 back and they used to rub on my wheel wells when i would hit a pot hole, however, only my front driver wheel. HOwever, my question is do i need to do any alterations to fit those 20's with that tire set up?

those tires are way to tall. theyre are like inch or more taller than factory. if you want 20s then go for a 225/30 or some one even makes a 245/30 that will fit just fine. a 225/35 will sit you up and you will look like a 4x4 and i will make fun of you....

yes possible make sure you use correct offset and correct tire...
for sure 235/35/20 for front and 245/35/20 will fit on the E class....
one thing the wheels... offset 38 with 8.5" front and 9.5" rear will perfect...
and use H&R spring no CUT>>> will be perfect...
here is one of the W210 w/ 20" from my friends shop... TWS

Hello Sinyo1,
Do you have any idea that a setting of 18x8.5 ET38 and 18x9.5 ET38 with H&R Cup kit for W210 will rub/touch the wheel arch or arms?
I'm still contemplating to install the H&R Cup kit suspension.
Regards,
Simon Low.

I think 20's look damn good but you might have to grind the front fender lips to get the perfect fit. I had to do some work to get them to point where they dont grind anymore but I think it was worth it not too many people can claim they have a w210 on dubz.

what is the maximum width of the rim that ours 210's can take in the front? would it be 8.5 or 9"? not neccessarely 20's but lets say on 19's?
