The things the two have in common are the body, dash, and exterior. The seats, engine, tranny, wheels, brakes, suspension, seats, instrument cluster, steering wheel, ETC are all different than an E430 sport's.

Last I heard...
The last I heard there were about $25,000 differences between an E500 and an AMG. Now unless the emblems are diamonds and platinums there has to be much more than just the engine and an emblem....

The only difference between a regular E430 and E430 with Sport Package are that the E430 Sport comes with:
1. 17" Sport Wheels
2. E55 AMG Front Bumper (round fog lights) and the side skirts.
