New pictures of my ride
dudes, you guys are nuts..

should form some sort of mercedes low riders club or something...
no way you can drive it that low!
mystic, sick looking W123....didn't know you could fit new rims on cars that old
Great lookin C6 u got there Rich, but why Willwood can I ask?
From one brotha to anotha...thanks!
Why the Wilwoods??....cuz SIZE does matter, hahaha :p The Wilwood Superlite 6 fronts & Pro Series rears are 14" rotors at each corner, the pistons in the front calipers are staggered in size - the front 4 are the same diameter, but the back 2 are bigger, to compensate for the fluid pressure drop that occurs across the caliper. Bigger pistons farther away from the fluid entry-point evens out the clamping force. Wilwood knows Corvette performance braking, as a supplier for NASCAR, SCCA and other race series, my kit was engineered for the C6 and not an off-the-shelve part. Furthermore, Brembo's (14"x13.4") and StopTech's (14") require 3/4" spacers and longer wheel studs, my Wilwoods uses only a 1/8" spacer in the rear.

Hey congrats, truly amazing car...or should I say carS you have now. What new benz did you end up with anyway?
Heard good things about the ******* - just thought you might have gone more mainstream...but then, that's not our Rich eh? Just out of interest, are those Super Lites any lighter than comparable brakes (say Brembos)? I'd hate to upgrade to massive brakes (one would really need
) only to find performance has suffered somewhat, know what I mean?
The coilovers dropped it 2 1/4", anymore further I will bottom out!

When is your unveiling??
hey post better pics of your car, the whole thing, i'd like to see it....

Alexbenz - Where can I buy the reflector replacement? Im down to give it a try.
What Kit you guys think I should go with? Wald ex/v2, lorinser, brabus, amg, carlsson? I really like the wald v2, but I am worried about drivability. Any suggestion would be great. I would like the best fitment kit also.
on the side markers you can either smoke them yourself or have it painted at a bodyshop with the ones you have or you the other place that sells them it evosport........
As I am not a great fan of cutting springs, my only suggestion for lowering the front further would be a new suspension system - perhaps the Cupkit or Eibach +#1 pads all round might be to your taste, or the new KW "Coilovers" (but not sure what the quality is like) for added flexibility in height and dampening characteristics.
Karlson's thread is getting way off topic now...lol
Bad pic, but the difference in number of spokes and finish is quite evident when u have them next to each other (1/16 UL on the CLS behind me).

the carlsson kits are sweet too, especially if you have a slammed ride.
