Ne1 have Universal Underwriters extended warranty??

Ne1 have Universal Underwriters extended warranty??
I bought the extended warranty when i bought my '01 E430 last year which is Universal Underwriters. If anyone has this warranty, and has had to use it, did they cover labor and all? It says i just have to pay a $100 deductible. Do all benz dealers accept aftermarket warranties?? I really hope so or i'm gonna be a tad pissed, hehe.
