Depreciation schedule..
is there a depreciation schedule of some sorts which illustrates how much our E320's depreciate each year? Just wondering what my 2002's value will be in 3 years. That's when my extended warranty expires and I'll be looking to sell it.

Unless you are using the schedule for tax purposes it really doesnt matter. All that matters is what a similar car at the same time is selling for. In 3 years everybody could want your car or nobody could. Never can tell, dont worry about it. Enjoy your car.

things with and without wheels
cars depreciate a lot faster when you put a lot of miles or dont take care of the car.Drive the car and enjoy it ,remember you can't take it with you when your number is up.If you use the car than dont think of it as an investment, because you'll never enjoy it and be scared to drive it anywhere.

I remember the dealer mentioned when I bought mine, value should be 1/2 the price after 5 yrs, give or take.(For MB's specifically)

I can tell you with certainty that 1/2 the value in five years will not hold up. There are 2001's for sale right now for about 70% less than original msrp. These cars do seem to settle into a slower depreciation after five years, however...very few sell for less than 10k
