Mikbox Problem

2000 Mercedes E320
Mikbox Problem
I installed the Mikbox on my 2000 E320 sedan. I think I installed everything correctly. However when i put my motorolla V551 on the cradle and hit the telphone tab on the radio. The message said "NO PHONE"
Please help me...I don;t know what the problem is.

Mikbox Not Working On 2000 E320
I tried to connect it directly without the cradle. It still says "NO PHONE".
Im getting kind of irritated as this is an expensive unit and can;t seem to get it to work.
I followed everything step by step. When it came to putting the phone...IT DOESN;T WORK
Please please help.....

I also have a 2000 E320 but without the mikbox and I also noticed that message come up on my display the other day. I don't use my phone but I do have the original one installed and hadn't noticed that message before.
Since I had an a/c evaporator changed a couple of weeks ago (and of course they had to pull the dash) I'm wondering if some of the wiring was not reconnected properly.
If anyone has any more information on the "no phone" message I think we would both be interested.

How did you resolve this problem ? I'm having the same problem too....
