Black '98 E320 4Matic
I've had it for about 13 months now. It had 39K when I got it last summer.
It has been well taken care of and practically all the miles on it are highway miles. Even now the miles that I put on it are mostly highway because my work commute is all freeway driving. Knock on wood, but there's really nothing wrong with it -- works and rides like a charm.
All I can say about what it cost me is that the price was way, way below Blue Book value. I was very fortunate. I got it from an older gentleman I know who had just bought a new '05 MB E500 at that time and wanted to make sure the '98 E320 got into the right hands.
I spoke with him the other day and he told me his new E500 has less than 5000 miles on it -- again all highway and only 13 months old. It sits in his garage most of the time until he takes it for a spin a few times a week or goes on a road trip with his wife.
