trouble codes
Finally I'm lucky enough to get the check engine light to come on , so I plug in my Snapon scanner and I get two trouble codes;
p2016-partial load fuel trim bank 1
p2085-partial load fuel trim bank 2
anybody experienced these codes before? and if you did can you please give some info on these thank you

On my C-class I had a couple years ago, fuel trim malfunctions meant I had a bad Mass Air Sensor.
Being a 4-cyl, I did not get different banks. I am assuming that since the E-class (both V6 and V8) would have separated malfunctions to rule out potentially the fuel rail?? I am betting the Mass Air Sensor.
Maybe a Mercedes tech will chime in.
